INFORMATION

NB / Note / Remarks / Important / Guide :-

1). POL *(Port Of Loading) / POD *(Port Of Destination) both are subject to various of ancillary rates of those subordinate major ports/airport of each territory of states as per when they are deemed necessarily, required and mandatory.​

 

2). There shall be latitude and discount *(between 5% to 10%) upon volume, enormous, steady and regular basis of shipments subject to the approval by the management of APT LOG.

3). Our standard shipping units and calculation for every Minimum Basis for Ocean-freight LCL Shipment is 2.50 Cbm/M3, whilst for Air-Cargo is at 45.00 Kgm (or may closer to its pivot-rate or to such critical requirement) per Shipment. Of each every 1.000/(one) Cbm/M3 is equivalent to 500.00 Kgm (or closer to 1,000.00 Kgm applicable accordingly to Routes, Services, Type of Cargo and Sectors etcetera). Average Maximum Load for Airlines ULD is 1,500.00 Kgm, while PMC is 5,000.00 Kgm ; as for FCL 20.ft and FCL 40.ft is around 32.00 Cbm/M3 and 67.00 Cbm/M3 per Cntr respectively ; Plus each designated chargeable / applicable rate for every subsequent RT / Weight / Cbm / M3 / Kgm thereafter.

4). Rate quoted in USD and applicable for General Cargo / Freight of All-Kinds / Non-Hazardous and NOT meant for DGR / Dangerous Goods, Restricted, Perishable, Specific / Classed / Categorized Cargo, Precious / High-Valued Cargo – and shall be imposed / levied / charged as when it is deemed necessary, required and mandatory.

5). Rate quoted according to services, volume, routes, locality, continents, geographical atmosphere, geopolitics situation, the existing local / international trade requirements, types of cargo and so on so forth ; and based on RT / m3 / Cbm / Kgm applicable on which is the greater.

6). Rate quoted is valid 30 days within the grace given period and subject to changes and surcharges along to the requirements / regulations imposed by the carriers, liners, airlines, customs, and related authorities etc. and so forth as when it is deemed necessary. legitimate and mandatory.

7). Rate quoted within the radius of city limit and subject to the extra mileage, additional transportation, and inland fuel surcharges as when it is required, necessary and mandatory.

8). Customs Duty / Taxes, Storage Fees, Demurrage, Detention, Warehousing, Compound / Penalty are excluding and shall be imposed / levied / charged upon as when it is required, necessary and mandatory.

9). All business / transactions are in accordance with / to our company policies, standard trading terms and conditions; and subject to the governing laws in Malaysia and international laws.
